Architect with more than 10 years experience in Urban Planning and general Architecture, with occupancy in Training and Teaching in higher education. Senior Member (Researcher) at the Research Center for Urbanism, Architecture and Design at Faculty of Architecture in Lisbon University. Member of Maritime-Port Infrastructure Working Group in Portuguese Construction Technological Platform. Contributor in GLINT Inov to the EU project PORTOPIA. Independent Expert in the evaluation of the Connecting European Facility 2014 Transport calls.

With various interests such as Transdisciplinarity, Complex systems, Port activity and Logistics, Smart Cities, Information and Communication Technology. Highly committed to the Territorial development, Project Management and Blue Growth Economy challenges based in performance and competitiveness of Ports and Logistics located in European Regions and Cities.
