Analysis of Work Capacity and its Determinants

Focusing on determining the factors which influence change in this area. The study of work capacity and age in the workplace is one indicator of the various problems related to the determinants of labour and their impact on health and wellbeing. In this line of research, work capacity is seen as the balance between the demands of work and the resources of individuals. The identification of the main factors which influence changes in work capacity in older employees enables measures to be defined which aim to promote work capacity and maintain workers in organizations in a healthier way for longer.
